We only accept wire/bank transfer at the moment. We will process your purchasing order once we receive full payment. For quick processing, kindly put the Order Number on the transaction note of bank transfer

We charge flat rate of 2 675 Ft per order for delivery within Hungary.

We normally take 3 days maximum for preparing & packaging your order.

Once the package is transferred to delivery service, it take at most 2 weeks to reach to you. You will also receiving an tracking code in your email.

If you did not receive your item(s) within 14 days of receiving tracking code, kindly contact us via the contact form with the Subject: “Item Not Received”

As we only accept payment via wire/bank transfer, we do not keep any of your payment information

Our staffs only use your order information to contact you for verification of purchasing order and to fulfill your purchasing order with us.

Once you place the order and complete the payment via wire/bank transfer, our staffs will:

• Contact you via phone or email to verify your order and payment status
• Packaging your order once the payment is confirmed
• The tracking number of your order will be sent to you via your email (be sure to provide correct email)

If you request, an invoice will be sent to you, in the same package of your items
